I realized I wanted to achieve the highest level of education in parking, so I could be the most well-rounded professional possible in serving the organizations I have represented over the years.

Roadblocks or Obstacles Overcome in the Journey to CAPP Certification

Initially, just finding the time to dedicate to the goal of achieving CAPP with so many other work and family priorities. I admit I procrastinated for many years. Finally, seeing many of my fellow peers achieving their CAPP, it motivated me to just get it done!

Impact the Certification Has Made on Your Career

Achieving the highest personal credential in the industry was important to me and to those who I have served. To the public it says that I have a baseline of understanding in how I conduct business, whether they agree or not!
