I did not really have any. I was blessed to have a very understanding employer who supported my path to certification.

Impact the Certification Has Made on Your Career:
CAPP has had a tremendous impact on my career! First, with all the friends I made through the CAPP program; we have been able to call on each other and ask for advice, share stories, and swap knowledge. Secondly, the knowledge I gained through CAPP certification helped me transition from a parking operator to a parking consultant. It set the framework for my consulting career.

Best Advice for Those Considering CAPP Certification:
Do it! The knowledge you will gain is invaluable. Make sure to connect with others that are pursuing the certification as those connections are one of the most valuable takeaways from the program.
