WGI Presents Parking Structure Cost Outlook
WGI presents its annual Parking Structure Cost Outlook report, the industry yardstick for measuring parking development costs, at IPMI 2021. In 2021, costs were impacted by the uncertainty and cost fluctuations caused by Covid-19. The median construction cost for a new parking structure (minus land acquisition) was $25,700/space ($76.70/sf), a 15.8% increase over 2020.
