NASHVILLE, TN – Pivot Parking is proud to announce they have been awarded through a competitive bid process the parking management contract for The Neuhoff District, an innovative historic adaptive re-use project along the bank of the Cumberland River in Germantown.

The mixed-use Neuhoff will comprise over 914,000 square feet of retail, residential, and office space and 2,100 parking spaces, including car and bike valet services. As a LEED-certified project, 100+ EV ready charging spaces will be available for residents, tenants, and visitors to utilize.
